Deloria Berks brings depth and versatility to her work in theatre, film, commercial projects, and voiceover. Her repertoire ranges from classical and contemporary drama to comedy, encompassing complex dramatic leads and vivid character roles that draw on both emotional intensity and humor.
Her roles include Josie in A Moon for the Misbegotten, Amanda Wingfield in The Glass Menagerie, Inez in No Exit, and Lady Macbeth in Macbeth. More recent theatre work includes Auto-da-Fé and The Lady of Larkspur Lotion. Her film credits include DIRT, Elysian Fields, and Intimacy.
Deloria trained with William Esper at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, where she was awarded the Levin Scholarship for Artistic Achievement. Additional study includes scene work, commercial and film technique, and on-camera performance.

A lifelong student of human consciousness, Deloria has worked for over two decades as a licensed psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Her work has deepened her curiosity about what lies beneath the surface: people’s defenses, longings, contradictions, and resilience. Meditation brings stillness and intuition to that curiosity. Together, these practices shape how she approaches a role, helping her reveal the inner life of a character so an audience can feel it, too.
