Actor.
Psychotherapist.
Meditator.
Deloria is drawn to the rich contradictions that make us human - what we reveal, what we conceal, and what we long for.  Across a life devoted to psychotherapy, acting, meditation and family, she has cultivated a sensitivity to the stories beneath the surface. On stage and screen, she explores those stories with warmth, humor, and a willingness to enter the difficult places, finding the humanity in each character she portrays.

Meditation & Holistic Background
Deloria’s background includes more than two decades of personal practice in Transcendental Meditation. Alongside her clinical training and creative work, this practice reflects a longstanding interest in awareness, presence, and the inner life.
Her holistic perspective considers emotional well-being in the context of the whole person—their experiences, relationships, creativity, and capacity for growth. As she develops her platform, she plans to share reflections on meditation, self-understanding, and the relationship between creative expression and personal well-being.
